Website is unclear, customer service not helpful. Ordered a washer that appears to come as a set of two, but you only get one washer. For $25, mind you. (Really, $25 for a washer? Prices are ridiculous.) Called to ask CS if a part was missed and they said no, it only comes with one. When I said the website was unclear they said I should have called. Basically defeats the purpose of the convenience of online ordering, if I have to call to ask what is included in a part number. On top of absolutely outrageous pricing, this place is not worth ordering from. Only reason they get two starts instead of one is because they ship very quickly.
